    received in mail a card that says "Buy any large pizza Get one free" but there in no "Code number"on it what do I have to do to get the free one"Do I have to call in for it??

      Try calling the restaurant to find out where you should locate the code. This is akaQA, a worldwide general question and answer forum. We do not know about this offer.
