    3. My daughter was given by me a $100 VISA gift card which I purchased at my credit union for $2.50. Last saturday in Ft. lauderdale she used it to buuy $25 woth of gas at a Hess station there. The manager of the store put a hold on the remaining $75 untill God knows when. Is this Hess policy? When does the hold on a birthday present get lifted? I want answers! This really upsets me!     You can call Hess corporation and explain to them what happened. They can contact the store 1-800-437-7645
