If asking a guy, you would get an answer of his ideal waitress, to accentuate her physical features...  A woman might reply of specific color scheme, or if she is thinking like the guys, how to put shirts or pants on a guy which might show off his physique...

I would say a nice neutral colored shirt or blouse  and dark pants or skirt.  be neat and put on that smile!  However my alter personality suggests maybe wearing not a thing! Could be wonderful tips!
