Sorry, there is no information on the internet about this. Contact the car dealer for help or a service repair shop or refer to the auto's owner's manual. There might be a trouble shooting section for the seat. Check the fuse, perhaps it burnt out for some reason after the battery was changed. I live in the USA, I do not believe we have this SEAT toledo. I've never heard of it.
