I  once said, “I wish this day were over” and a gentleman friend said that was wishing  my life away. He made a good point, don’t waste a moment of life……….

We have choices. We can either sit and do nothing or we can get involved in life. I choose the latter.

What motivates me is "determination" to live a fulfilling life.Getting out and getting "involved". You know what I mean ?

I am motivated because I want to set an example for my sons, even though they are adults. They still look to me for advice and often use my poor examples of the past to excuse their own stupidity (mine wasn't enough, apparently).  I'm hoping they see me as someone who doesn't let the curve balls and hit-by-pitch moments keep me down.

I'm also motivated to accomplish things because I find pleasure in getting a job or project done.  Looking and feeling good motivate me to take care of myself physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
