Whatever it is, you allowed it to install when you downloaded some program that it came with. It could be a program or an add on. Check your programs first.
In order to uninstall a program press the 'Start' button, then open the 'Control Panel' and double click the option 'Programs and Properties' or "add/uninstall programs" then search for the program you wish to uninstall on the programs list, double click it and choose 'Uninstall'.
If it's an add on, click Tools on your browser then click add ons or extensions. Look for it there. Disable it if you see it.
