      We wouldnt be held in a hospital in Australia,coz we have bed shortages as it is.They get you out as fast as they can.

        No. I don't believe a hospital would hold anyone until they could pay their bill - most of the population of the US would be living in hospitals if they did (whether or not their are citizens of the US).
