Do you mean you your email client and facebook are telling you that your password doesn't match your username, or that the sites are blocked on your broswer? If you get an error message that your pasword no longer matches the email the sites have on file when you try to log in then I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news - you might have been hacked. Someone gained access to your facebook and/or email account and changed the log in details.
