      You realize the Firefox and Google Chrome are each web browsers right? The way you have it written it appears you are trying to say you are using both Firefox and Chrome at the same time? Use this linkhttp://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/, select your operating system then select, Flash Player 11 for other browsers. That version should cover all 3 browsers (search engines).
