    3. 1) Since the change on 16th Sept I cannot login to my email account-it says "unable to load data". I have confirmation re my DD details etc, so everything is set-up. 2)your My BT page and any subsequent pages are now taking forever to load. Didn't have this problem before

      This is akaQA, a general question and answer forum. This forum did not cause the changes that occurred on the 16th. Who are you trying to contact?
