    Open "Safari," and click the "Safari" menu at the top of the screen. Scroll down to "Preferences."

    Click the "Security" tab at the top of the Preferences window.

    Click the "Always" or "Only from sites I visit" radio buttons next to "Accept cookies" to enable cookies on your iMac. The "Always" option means that all cookies will be accepted, regardless of the source. The "Only from sites I visit" option means Safari will block cookies that originate with third-party sources and advertisers.
