    Some useful tips to come out of stress

    What are the simple tips and techniques to come out of stress? I don’t know how people are handling their pressure? When work load is more to me, my blood pressure is increasing more and make me more tension. I can’t focus on my work. I tried meditation for two weeks but it’s not worked.

    Meditation is good but requires 'training' yourself...to empty the mind....which takes longer than two weeks! So keep practicing!

    There are the usual bad things to do: eat, smoke, drink and then there is the healthier ways: walk, do art, self-hynosis, a long bath, chamomile tea, get a pet and love it……….

    take time off your work & relax, a week can do..
