If I testified under oath that I didnt use drugs to have a positive test result, and I didnt use drugs. Later I accepted a plea agreement that says I had to plead guilty to the drug screen. Is this pergury?

You cannot testify that you didn't use drugs to obtain a positive test result. I assume you mean "negative", i.e., you did not test positive for drugs. In any event, what you say doesn't matter, if an accepted scientific test determines otherwise, unless there were extenuating circumstances (like the vials were switched, you ate poppy seeds which caused a positive for opiates...)
