Or the websites are restricted? Are you at work? Some companies restrict access to certain websites. Does your computer have a parental lock on it? It's difficult to say why websites are restricted without knowing which websites or anything about your computer. Try a different browser and see if you can access the websites. If you can then you will need to contact IE help to find out why you can not access the websites with IE.
