How to troubleshoot Optical Drive Setup
I have 2 Optical Drives and I took my new computer in to have Win8 Pro Installed,but the 2 Drives Ihave are as follows and they do not show up in "My Computer" nor do they register any disc that I put in them:
12X DVD Lie-On
52X24X52 Samsung\Toshiba
Any advice?

My advice, take the computer back to whoever installed the new operating system or contact Microsoft support. We are a general question and answer forum. We do not have professional computer tech volunteers at least none that I know of.
Or for a small fee (professional computer help always comes at a price), you can try these guys > The computer tech guys http://forums.techguy.org/
