Daytime, if I pay enough attention to it. I sleep at night though my dreams help a lot...........

It's hard for me to learn from someone else's example, good or bad.  While I'll take it into consideration, personal experience has always been the best teacher for me.

Unfortunately, I have to do it the hard way too and then I wonder why people won't listen to my advice! LOL!

Yourself.Trial & error.Learn from your mistakes.Albert Einstein said the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over & over again & not improving.(Or something like that.) Here is a hint. You will never learn anything unless you want to.

No kidding! (I looked it up. "Insanity was doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.") Totally agree with you!

I tell you what seems to help me a lot, I allow my days events or happenings to wash over me in a casual way as possible, unless urgent, and try to pay them little or no attention as possible and then my mind brings them back to me, its weird sometimes it is like an auto switch in my quiet times for analysing and storage into my memory

I think I do that somewhat, too, bamba zonkie, but for me, it's conscious avoidance. :O

My best teachers were my parents .
