Incrrtience? Dr. Atkins diet is good for quick weight loss. If you like breads and fruits, though, it's going to be a challenge. Try a high fiber, high protein drink twice a day and skip snacks. Don't eat flour or sugar stuff.
Eat less and exercise more
Try to eat foods with high water content. cucumber, melons, radishes, celery. Drink more water, less soda or juice.
And rremember,it comes back as fast as you lose it...often with reinforcements. I
