If you are locked out of the tablet, then hard resetting is not going to help. By locked out, I assume you mean you forgot your admin password. You need to remember it as there is no way of retrieving a password for a tablet. The only thing you can do is have your tablet reset to factory condition, this means you will lose everything you have on it.
