How do I get my CONTINUING password and other log-in problems before SOMEONE who can fix them? You don't even send the change password e-mails to MY e-mail address, and you're telling me that I don't know my own birthdate!!
wademg@appstate.edu. This situation is beyond ridiculous, and is hampering my academic work. If you don't want me as a customer, perhaps you could do me the courtesy of just saying so.
