    Wow, there are a lot of products for this, check out the website for suggestions. I know that enzymes are live cultured bacteria that establish colonies when added to warm water. It's great to have helpful bacteria, it's even used in the carpet cleaning industry to dissolve grease. Hope this helps?

    Here in france we use a product called Eparcyl. I don't know the constituents but it is biologic and we never have bad smells.
    Do not use bleach, it destroys the good bacteria.
