    Can someone walk me through downloading the " xfinity connect" app so I can text from my home phone?

    I have xfinity triple play (tv-internet-voice) but I'm not very computer literate and I need step by step instructions from someone like me, not a "techy"  during online chat ... please help!

      Contact Xfinity support, they can walk you through it 1-800-934-6489. This is not online chat, it is a live voice.
