      if you have an iphone, the apps - 'Find my Phone' would have been helpful, it would have given the location of the phone within a few feet , ideal if it is misplaced or stolen.

        Phone yourself with your other phone.


        Phone your friends and tell them to phone you. Your phone will ring and voila!    :)
