If you mean for games, all games have hacks and cheats. Some game developers make the games so difficult that you have to buy into the cheats they create just to finish the game. Other developers will make hacks and cheats for a game because they know people are lazy about playing games and do not want to take the time to figure the game out. Those cheats and hacks are not sanctioned by the game developer though and player can lose their game account if caught using them. A game developer though will not tell you which cheat or hack is "his" though so it's like playing Russian roulette when a player uses a cheat or hack.
