    how to write a letter to my boss for my promotion

    Last 5 years I'm working DHL Bangladesh and once I joined then my designation was data entry operator but last 4 years I'm working  dell project  as project in charge but still my designation is not change and no promotion. Please advise

      Why write a letter? Is your boss in another city? It would be best to arrange a meeting to sit down and discuss the situation. Tell your boss just what you told us. It could be an oversight and the company simply needs a reminder.
