        Boring in what way? does he have a sense of humor? attentive to your needs? does he laugh at your jokes? Maybe he's not so boring after all....

            Maybe you 2 don't have the same things in common. Maybe you 2 need to find a common bond. Maybe you 2 aren't right for each other.

              ---maybe because he's quiet and he doesn't have  any life of his own ......outside of hanging out with you. Encourage him to take up a hobby or sport or pastime; and to join clubs and organizations that deal with his interests.
