Be yourself (let her decide if she likes  you back), have GOOD manners, show appreciation, and recognize what's in front of you...........

DON'T be a rude, crude dude. 
DON'T fall all over yourself trying to please her or get her attention.

The best way, probably, is to focus on her when you are spending time together.  Plan dates that are different and fun, instead of just eating and going to a movie.  Paint-ball, miniature golf, concert in the park, sporting event, picnic by a lake, apple or berry picking, or a one-time class in how to make pizza "from scratch".  

One time, a guy sent me two dozen roses.  It was just so over the top and I was more embar***ed than pleased with the thought.  A mixed bouquet would have been much nicer. The thought was there, but........
