You're getting pop up surveys here? When do you get them? Any pop ups I see come from the times my cursor hits an unlined word. You can download a pop up blocker. I think the blocker you get depends on the browser you use though. Tell me your browser so I do not have to search for blockers for each browser.

Use this for Google https://adblockplus.org/en/chrome
and this for IE9 http://simple-adblock.com/faq/internet-explorer-9/
and this for IE9 http://simple-adblock.com/faq/internet-explorer-9/
I know you have chrome. You need to use the first link for google chrome and the second link if for internet explorer. You have to be on each browser to download the adblock for that browser.

These pop ups look very legit as they relate to the website you are on. They use site logos too!
