Slow connection time to the server you are trying to access. The only way to speed it up is to have the computer cleaned out of lingering garbage that just gets in the way like debris on a highway.

I remember the Mac man who came to the house told me that. I guess we’ll have to do it. I was hoping for a miracle button or something.

Husband said we’re still under guarantee with the Geniuses at the Mac place! (I guess the spinning balls didn’t make HIM dizzy : ) ) So much to learn.
