    It's a simple show of affection. My opinion, it means about as much as a kiss on the cheek does.

      He likes her. They are friends. They are saying goodbye. They are saying hello. He is an affectionate person. Does this simple act concern you for some reason?

        A kiss on the forehead or nose is a gesture of affection.  Please don't read too much into it.

            Perhaps he missed her cheek and kissed her nose by mistake. I normally kiss someone on the cheek, as long as they put their face forward to be kissed. A female friend of ours always kisses on the lips, I don't really like that, I only kiss my wife on the lips, no one else.

                On the forehead is harmless enough. Not sure about on the nose though, who does that ?
