Contact your wifi provider (the company that made your router). Just search the name of your router using your search engine and you will be directed to their webpage. Once there, look for a contact us option. All the router companies I know of have free telephone support. Their tech can help you get a password set up for the Nook. For some reason, those readers need their own password. You can not use the existing password you set up the router with.
