I have been trying for 2 weeks to access my email account but after I fill in the log-in info, the page goes blank (forcing you to fill in the info over & over). Sometimes, it looks like the email is going to load, but at the last second, it goes back to my homepage (Charter.net), & in the address bar, it says AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED. Although I've entered it so much, I'm typing in my sleep, the passwords don't go through to Charter.. Plus I get a ton of emails daily so if anyone has any ideas on how to access emails from Charter in an unconventional manner, please let me know. Thank you! Desper8chik
