I prefer Johnsons baby oil, I wouldn't use it for frying though....

http://healinggourmet.com/Food/avocado-oil-741/   has some good information about avocado oil, and it also appears to be great for skin care.  I suggest you just google "avocado oil" and try different sites. This one has access to a bunch of recipes, too.  :D

I don't often fry food but when I do, I use grapeseed oil. It also has a high frying temp.
