I've given 2 answers here because I am unsure as to what the actual problem is.
If you paid for credits so you could use them to play longer or get stuff for the game, then sometimes it takes 24 hours for the credits to appear.
If you paid to get some other kind of help, like a cheat or something, it could not have been Facebook. They do not own the game and certainly do not help you to play the game or send cheats. I'd say you got scammed if this is the case. Contact your credit card company and have them cancel the charge.
