Do you mean that your image turned black. I think I’m the exact person to answer that. I have been spending hours and hours and hours trying to change mine. It kept turning black. I finally got it kinda right. I have a Mac and I’ve always thought that’s the problem.
Margaret, we ALL hope you’ll stay on akaQA. At this moment I can’t direct you to getting your photo or avatar on your words. My brain is allll wore out. Let me or someone else know if you are still having problems .... if that’s is the problem.
