If you have a picture saved to a file, go to the send a message prompt in your email. Chances are, you'll see a paper clip icon for a attachments. Find it in the file and open double click it. You might also be able to click on the photo, copy and paste in right on the email page. Put recipient(s) address (es) in the email and send.
