How do we know, this is not a weapon factory.

Take a rubber band, raise tour thumb and extend your index finger, wrap the rubber band around the tip of your index finger and your thumb-- Point your newly manufactured weapon at your target/victim, lower your thumb and snap! You are on your way to becoming the next super villain.

Fill balloon with water. Tie securely. Drop it on your head to see if it works. Then, throw it at opponent and see if he/she gets drenched.
