how can i unlock my zeepad 7 tablet without a password
it is a week old, 2 yr old got it, i have never set up pass code, yet when i press power key i get pic of a locked lock....assuming the screen is locked... if i cont to press power key it will show history of things i did do such as alarm is set, it will give me options to power off or silent mode yet cant select either...??? help me please i just want to play words with friends on it smiles

Is this a Sony product? The only way I know to unlock it without a password is to reset it to factory condition which means you lose everything you have stored in it including downloads. If I know who makes it, I can find the tech support for the product and they may have a different answer.
