If you mean e-mail account and you are no longer with AT&T, then the account no longer exists. For any other account, you have to contact AT&T > http://localization.att.com/loc/controller?ltype=contactus&return-path=http://www.att.com/econtactus/index.jsp?&appid=ecomm
