I have saved some cans of foods -pineapple, beans, yams, green beans. Can you tell me where to look to find out how long they will be good.

I know there’s a date on the can but I think the date just means that the contents should be consumed for them to taste good but they are still a healthful choice. I’m going to find out about my bottles of water. That should be easy.

If you go to the company's website, you should be able to find how to read their codes to know what the expiration date of their products is.

Well darling,I would say when they don't taste good any more,it's pretty much a crap shoot, open up a can, smell it ,taste it,if not right, toss it.You know like if the glove don't fit.Is this a trick question, you know it is the 4th tomorrow and I do have a little buzz on.
