to stop a skype session

how can i stop a skype session for privacy reason and to start an another for a friend ????

Just create another room that is only for you and your friend. Click on your friend's name and start a chat between you two. It will be separate from the other session. You can add anyone to the new session (room) that you want by clicking the + sign under your friend's name. The plus sign is hidden. Just moved your cursor under your friend's name and it will appear.
