My best advice, have a glass specialist replace it. If you have insurance, glass may be covered so insurance will pay for the replacement.
Watch this video on how to replace the regulator on a power window. This shows you what you have to go through just to get to the glass. This is just to give you an idea on how much work is involved in tearing down a door just to get to the glass.
