    Liters deal with volume, kilograms with mass. You can't convert one to the other without the density of the fluid, which is kg/L.
    I used online conversion.

    The answer depends on the density of the liquid. Since the Volume (V) is 1000 liters, the weight (mass) can be determined by multiplying the density (D) with the volume (V) or m=D x V.
