Maybe whatever system or device you are using is not compatible with the games, or you don't have the correct software drivers to download them, that said, it could be any number of things, without knowing what games and what device you are using that's all the excuses I can give.

Systems were working ok until a few minutes ago. Have used pogo 4 5 years with same system
