      Stagnant means not moving or making progress. Most of the time, we think of water when we hear the word, but jobs, relationships can become stagnant, too.  Just for examples, of course.

        usualy disc clean for all Oers then a virus scan and then defrag,  if not format and re-instal windows (linux etc,)
