What is a Model MD2045FC Engine?

Well since the lever is not really part of the engine, the actual machine is what I need to know. Is this a lawn mower or something? We are a general question and answer forum. We need as much detail as you can give. We are basically blind unless you explain what the machine, make and model is.

Engine is Briggs&Stratton 450 series.148cc.
