Watch Guido and Luigi's video- Big and Strong Again (All item must be collected during exploration mode-where you can still pick up lightning bolt bonus points) There are 3 parts to Monster McQueen. The horns are located on main street in front of Luigi's shop. The monster tires are located behind the red brick building, (fire station, court house, etc.) at the end of main street. The shocks are located at the far west track close to a group of catcus' in the middle of the road. After you have collected all three items go back to Luigi's shop. You will find a new yellow dot and a video of Lightning becoming Monster McQueen.
