They could be add ons. Go to the 3 horizontal lines on the far right side of your google toolbar, click it, then see Tools, click Tools and see "extensions" click it. A new window will open. You will see a list of programs added to your toolbar. You can delete or disable anything you do not want on that page.
If these are actually toolbars added to your computer programs, follow these instructions: Go to your start menu > Control panel > add/uninstall programs > locate the toolbar/s > click uninstall
