@AldeWicht...Oh, if only it were that simple. After 10 months on a GF diet, I'm still making mistakes and getting sick. :(
It's very complicated, takes a lot of research and a willingness to change eating/cooking habits but...so worth it when you get it right! :)

You need to read labels every time you purchase any product, as manufacturers sometimes change the ingredients without warning!

My baby cousin, who is gluten intolerant can't eat gluten products

But I can tell you anyways, the answer is: *drum roll*
Yes. Usually almond paste only contains almonds and (sea)salt and they don't contain gluten, so it should be gluten free.
