Try over the wheel well drivers side it will be with other relays but should have a fuse on it. If you can trace the wire from it, it should lead the the battery. I posted the diagram below to give you an idea but this image IS NOT for your vehicle, it's for a chevy Tahoe but the relay in it should be in a similar position as the one in your truck. Again, the image is just to give you an idea, not an exact location. You are looking for #12, not # 15. I borrowed this diagram from a page that was answering a fuel pump relay question.
