      If you mean read something on the internet, the Google toolbar has a built in page translator https://www.google.com/toolbar/ie/index.html 


      or you can copy/paste into the Google translator > http://translate.google.com

        Babylon.com is an excellent resource, but you need to know what the foreign language is.

          you can translate by an internet site where you enter the word or phrase,or  sentence in that  language......then you punch in English, or whatever. And it comes up translated.
